How It Works

Everything you need to get running — step by step.

Create an Account / Log In

  1. 1On the home screen, tap Sign Up to Rally (new Runners) or Sign In (returning Runners).
  2. 2Enter your email address — this becomes your login. Only a valid email is needed.
  3. 3Follow the secure sign-in prompt. You’ll be returned to the app, logged in.
  4. 4Runners who want to log in and play on the app each need their own email address.
  5. 5Runners not using the app can simply be listed and linked to the Captain’s account — only that one email is required.

Create or Join a Crew

  1. 1Captains: tap Sign Up to Rally, fill in your Crew name, slogan and Runners, then submit.
  2. 2You’ll receive a unique 6-character Crew Code on your Crew bib.
  3. 3Share that code with your Crewmates.
  4. 4Joining Runners: tap Join a Crew, enter your name and the Crew Code, then confirm.

  1. 1Don’t have a Crew? Tap Sign Up to Rally, then choose the Go Solo tab.
  2. 2Enter your name and an optional note about yourself, then submit.
  3. 3You’ll join the Loose Cannons — your dashboard will confirm you’re waiting to be matched.
  4. 4Control pairs solo Runners into Crews before Rally Day.
  5. 5Once you’re matched, your Crew appears on your dashboard automatically — no extra steps.

Rally Day: Stages, Launch Codes, Spotters & Solo Shots

  1. 1Your dashboard shows your current Stage, location hint and challenge.
  2. 2At a Spotter-staffed Stage, tap Check In with Spotter — they verify and you advance.
  3. 3At a Launch Code Stage, scan the Hot Spot or QR code to reveal the 10-digit Launch Code and enter it to check in.
  4. 4Solo Shots: nominate one Runner to take on the challenge — pass it to move on.
  5. 5Track your live position vs other Crews right from your dashboard.
